Reservation Policies

Make Reservations

Neither LHR Images, Hawks Nest Canoe Outfitters, nor Camp Victory have any control over weather conditions, bugs, water levels, or other natural phenomena. The workshops will go on regardless of any of the above. Participants will be responsible for ensuring they have proper attire for the climate and weather. The guide will do his best to ensure a pleasant experience no matter what the conditions. The guide reserves the right to alter routes and stray from the intinerary based on weather and other conditions.

Before the trip, participants will receive more detailed information including what items they should bring.

Participants are responsible for their own photography equipment including adequate film or memory for their cameras. Participants will also be responsible for processing, developing and printing their own photos. Participants are responsible for providing adequate protection for their photography equipment. The guide will answer questions and provide advice prior to the trip. Tripods are highly recommended.

A deposit of $100/person for workshops 1 & 2 is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due at the event.

Workshops 1 & 2 are limited to 10 participants. If a workshop is full when we receive your reservation, we will either return your deposit or hold it to place you on a waiting list at your discretion. Reservations will be handled in the order that deposits are received .

Workshops 3 is limited to 20 participants. If a workshop is full when we receive your reservation, we will either return your deposit or hold it to place you on a waiting list at your discretion. Reservations will be handled in the order that deposits are received .

If not enough participants are signed up for a specific workshop, the workshop will be cancelled and the full deposit will be refunded. Such refund will be limited to the total amount actually paid by the participant for the workshop.
